At AYCB Jewels (All You Can Buy Jewels), customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery
The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and intimate jewelry items are non-returnable, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Change-of-mind purchases
Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or improper care
Items returned without prior approval
Items reported outside the 48-hour window

3. Return Request Process

4. Refunds

If your return is approved:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
Original shipping costs are non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, a refund will be issued and you may place a new order.

6. Return Shipping

If the return is approved due to our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping cost
For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees

7. Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within 30 business days, please contact us within 7 days so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
